4. Shipping Orders are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
