Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All Back When Co. products are custom, made-to-order and printed on demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak season volume can affect delivery.
3. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages Back When Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at backwhenco@yahoo.com and we will do our best to help.
6. Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at [your email] before the order goes into production.
7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
8. International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office.
